We want to make sure that all customers are satisfied with their purchase from WoodRat. If you are unhappy in any way, we’ll do our best to rectify this.

Unwanted Items

If you need to return an item you have up 28 days to return it in good condition for a full refund.

We will arrange collection of large items such as the WoodRat. Smaller items you will need to be sent to us via mail or parcel courier. We strongly recommend that you use recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage.

Faulty Items

The UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your item you’re entitled to the following:

Up to 30 days: If your goods are faulty, you can get a refund.

Up to 6 months: If it can't be repaired or replaced, then you're entitled to a full refund in most cases.

Up to 6 years If the goods do not last a reasonable length of time, you may be entitled to some money back.

If you’ve been unlucky enough to receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number and the nature of the fault.
